In partnership with Form Studios, REMEDY Films, a leading video production company, recently co-hosted a free virtual production workshop aimed at providing producers, directors, and video & film production industry professionals with an introduction to this groundbreaking technology. It was hosted using Form Studio’s very own LED volume and virtual production studio located north of Atlanta, GA in Buford.
What is Virtual Production?
Virtual production is a cutting-edge production opportunity that combines real-time computer rendering in Unreal Engine, video plates, or live-action footage, with a virtual set to create an immersive digital environment where filmmakers can capture scenes in a virtual environment. It integrates physical sets, actors, and props with virtual scenes, empowering filmmakers to visualize and manipulate with full control the digital world in real time, thereby enhancing storytelling possibilities.
