NULASTIN® is a skincare company founded in 2016 by Leah Garcia, a former professional athlete and award-winning media personality. The company specializes in elastin-replenishment products designed for lashes, brows, hair, and skin, utilizing patented, scientifically proven formulas.
Because NULASTIN® is a great product, it has experienced good revenue growth, each year broadening it’s distribution and marketing reach. MEDIUM FIlms partnered with NULASTIN® to to produce a year’s worth of social video and photos to drive their brand image – clean and simple real user studio testimonials, lifestyle images on location, and Leah’s great founder story.
 
													THE APPROACH
We wanted to elevate NULASTIN’s videos and photos – to reflect and enhance the their brand image – earthy tones, very polished lighting, and of course, amazing results. We wanted to help them increase their sales and drive their growth. Their products really work, and their growth has been very organic, with users love to tell their friends. Our goal was to craft a clean and simple brand aesthetic that focused on NULASTIN’s results.
 
													 
													 
													THE CHALLENGES
Capturing authentic stories on camera can be challenging- you never know what to expect when the lights are on and the cameras are rolling. It’s also very difficult to discuss losing your hair or your eyebrows on camera, it’s a very personal subject and most people would like to keep these things private.
 
													 
													 
													THE PRODUCTION
Over the the first year, MEDIUM Films shot videos and photos simultaneously on location and in our Boulder studio, creating wonderfully lit and clean video and photos of products, happy customers, and interviews with their team to generate social content and keystone videos for their website.

With the launch of this new branding and outreach campaign, NULASTIN’s revenues quadrupled over the next two years!
